Paul Parker Client Partner

With over 15 years of experience working in Human Resources, Paul
approaches executive search with a true understanding of the
importance of good candidate placement.

Prior to joining BSG, Paul was the Chief People Officer for Deloitte &
Touche USA. Paul led the design and implementation of a People Strategy
focused on organization-wide career enhancement, critical talent
management, building strength from diversity and creating an
environment of flexibility and choice. His goal was to unite the US Firms in
building a single HR channel that creates a single, consistent employee
experience across the organization.

Before his time at Deloitte, Paul held the role of Vice President of Human
Resources for Colgate Palmolive where he spent time in the North
America division, Global Growth and the Africa Middle East division.

Earlier roles for Paul included Vice President of Human Resources at
Accordia, Director of Human Resources at Campbell’s Soup and
Manager of Human Resources at Nabisco Food Company.

Paul earned his masters degree from New York University, and a BS
from Ithaca College. Paul also studied at the United States Naval
Academy in Annapolis Maryland.
