As the Project Manager at BSG Partners, Meg manages all
aspects of the search process beginning with the development of
the initial client contract, to all the necessary arrangements for
effective client and candidate scheduling. Meg is a key contact
point in the firm and serves as liaison for all the clients’ and
candidates’ administrative needs.

Beyond these administrative duties, Meg brings to the firm her
experience in a number of other areas, such as IT where she
manages BSG Partner’s internal network, applicant tracking and
candidate database systems. Meg also provides support in
project management, travel coordination and research strategy.

Prior to joining BSG, Meg provided support for executive search
partners at Korn/Ferry International. While there, she worked
with clients from a wide array of companies and industries, from
Consumer Goods to Private Equity.

She uses this combination of skills to help build and sustain strong
relationships for BSG Partners.

Meg holds a Bachelors of Art degree from Arcadia University.
