As managing partner, Brad brings over ten years of experience in executive search, serving clients in consumer goods, adult beverage, retail, manufacturing, Biotech, and non-profit. He has successfully partnered with clients ranging from the Fortune 500 to entrepreneurial ventures in the development of world class leadership teams. He has placed executives ranging from general management, or C-suite level, to board level positions. The functional assignments of these placements are within Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Finance.
Prior to founding BSG Partners, Brad was a Partner with Korn/Ferry International in the consumer product and retail practice. His earlier experience includes consulting with an HR consulting firm in the Northeast where he led Business Development for the practice and conducted assignments for Diageo, ConAgra Foods, HJ Heinz, and Exide Technologies.
Before entering into executive search, Brad was a member of the National Football League, where he was a punter for the Cincinnati Bengals and holds the all-time record for the longest punt in franchise history – 73 yards. Brad retired in 2002 from the New England Patriots. Also, he served as an advocate for NFL Europe, where he was a member of the Scottish Claymores.
Brad continues to be an active member in the NFL Players Union and Kicks for Kids Charity. Both non-profit organizations have earned a wonderful reputation for helping at-risk children achieve opportunities to pursue their dreams.
Brad holds a Bachelors of Science in hotel and restaurant management from Boston University.

Prior to joining BSG, Paul was the Chief People Officer for Deloitte & Touche USA. Paul led the design and implementation of a People Strategy focused on organization-wide career enhancement, critical talent management, building strength from diversity and creating an environment of flexibility and choice. His goal was to unite the US Firms in building a single HR channel that creates a single, consistent employee experience across the organization.
Before his time at Deloitte, Paul held the role of Vice President of Human Resources for Colgate Palmolive where he spent time in the North America division, Global Growth and the Africa Middle East division.
Earlier roles for Paul included Vice President of Human Resources at Accordia, Director of Human Resources at Campbell’s Soup and Manager of Human Resources at Nabisco Food Company.
Paul earned his masters degree from New York University, and a BS from Ithaca College. Paul also studied at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis Maryland.
Lawrence (Larry) Costello is the Managing Director of The Lawrence Bradford Group and serves as an advisor to BSG Partners.
Through The Lawrence Bradford Group, Larry consults on a variety of issues and topics providing human capital solutions to business opportunities and needs to primarily Fortune 500 companies. Current clients represent industrial, consumer products and private equity interests. The range of projects includes transformational, operational and human resource development activity. Also, he is currently providing executive coaching to ‘‘C’’ level executives.
Prior to establishing The Lawrence Bradford Group, he was Sr. Vice President, Human Resources for American Standard Companies/Trane, the Campbell Soup Company. Within PepsiCo Inc., he held Vice President of Human Resources position in PepsiCo Foods International, North American Van Lines and Frito Lay. During each of these assignments had added responsibility in business general management, strategic planning and operational assignments. Subsequently he is a partner in HRC Consultants specializing in Operating Effectiveness/Collaboration.
Among his many industry and academic affiliations, Larry has recently become a board advisor of LJH Linley Capital, and board member to Sky-Trax Inc. and McBassi & Company. He also acts as a visiting professor and board advisor to Rutgers University’s Center for Human Resources Strategy School of Management & Labor Relations and Boston University’s School of Management.
Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in business and finance administration from New Jersey-based Rider College and attended the Harvard PMD program.
