Ethics Code

Clients and Candidates can be confident that information disclosed to BSG during the course of an assignment will remain confidential. In addition:

• If there is a possible conflict of interest between clients or potential clients, it will be immediately disclosed to both parties.
• We will not discuss client matters in public nor disclose client information to third parties.
• BSG will not send unsolicited resumes to clients.
• We will maintain confidentiality at all times with both client and candidate information.

BSG will always maintain a strong commitment to diversity and will consistently provide our clients an inclusive and diverse pool of candidates. Under no circumstances will we tolerate or engage in discriminatory activity. Candidates will be protected against risk of exposure:

• No candidate will have his or her information shared with a client without their prior consent.
• Candidate reference checking will not be conducted without the prior knowledge and agreement by the candidate.
