Board Analysis - Cangen Biotechnologies: A study of the Board and its functionality was completed. A strategy for future placement, and evaluation of goals was completed and presented to the Board.

Marketing Function Assessment - The Philadelphia Zoo: The current Marketing strategy was reviewed in order help the Zoo build a stronger Marketing department. The assessment led to a national search and placement of a top tier Chief Marketing Officer.

Compensation and Benefits Model Analysis - Safeway Inc.: An assessment of the current Compensation & Benefits team was evaluated to determine effectiveness and the scope of what the hiring of a new Vice President of Benefits would entail.

Sales Function Analysis - Bank of America: A nationwide assessment of the sales function was completed and a profile was developed to attract world class sales executives from industries outside the financial sector.

Sales Function Analysis - Factiva: The sales function was assessed on a global level during the creation of the relationship between Factiva and Dow Jones to build the sales model that attracted best in class sales leaders.

Sales Function Analysis - Diageo NA: During the integration of Seagrams, the Guinness/Bass division was benchmarked in order to create a sales function profile to attract strong sales leaders from outside the Adult Beverage industry.

Sales Function Analysis - ConAgra Foods: An assessment of the sales function was completed when ConAgra decided to condense six of its divisions into four. The goal was to eliminate outside brokers and create a powerful direct sales function.
